What problems were you experiencing?

What was your problem and when did you first realize you had it?

I was having difficulty stopping eating unhealthy food like chips, pizza, chocolate, and other kinds of food.

Did your problem occur suddenly or over a period of time?

I have had this problem since I was a kid.

What solutions did you try before working with Umar?

I tried using my own willpower or other food substitutes which were healthier but would keep falling off and returning to the junk food.


At what point did you decide you needed outside assistance?

I started having serious health issues such as acid reflux and other digestive issues.


What helped your decision to work with Umar?

What materials did you read or watch that influenced your decision?

The materials that I watched were YouTube videos and books related to eating good food and gut health. 

What criteria did you have when you were looking for a Coach?

The criteria I had when looking for a coach was someone who is caring and was able to help me fix specific issues that I was having. 

Did you have any hesitations/concerns beforehand & how were they alleviated?

I was concerned that I won’t be able to find solutions for my current issues but Umar helped with finding healthy and better alternatives.


Did you look at other competitors & why did you select our product & service over them?

I worked with someone else previously but she was charging way too much and on top of that she didn't take time to care to solve my issues.

What finally made you decide to trust & work with Umar?

I decided to trust and work with Umar as he has provided me with consistent results and support in the past.

What was your experience like during the session?

It was really fun, easy to follow, and quick.

What did Umar do that helped solve your problem?

One of the things he did was help me isolate the triggers that made me eat junk foods, determined what I wanted to do instead and use his method to have me swap them in a way that made it so that now I no longer do the old behaviours when triggered.

What happened the moment you realised the coaching was working to solve your problem?

The moment I realised the coaching was working I felt really happy about myself, I felt very empowered, and I could feel myself changing.

What did you like, find interesting or beneficial about the process of working with Umar?

I loved how fun it was working with Umar. I didn’t get bored or feel like I was in a session. He was very patient, took as much time as I needed, and he was very thorough with his work.


How much time and stress did you save as a result?

I am a lot less stressed and much more happier now. I don’t have to fight my willpower as I used to before which is saving me a lot of time.

What Stressors did working with Umar eliminate?

Fighting food temptations with willpower and the stress from eating all the bad food is finally gone as I no longer crave them anymore.


What results did you see?

How much is life better in the areas where you used to have the problem compared to where you were before working with Umar?

Life is 100% better. I used to go out to eat a lot and buy loads more junk food and snacks before getting help from Umar. That’s all gone. Now I have started going to the gym more regularly and even started to go swimming.

How did Umar help you reach your goal(s)?

He helped in a systematic way getting rid of one type of junk food at a time and the triggers associated with it.


Did you see any significant jumps in your experience after working with Umar?

Other than no longer eating junk food I feel more confident and more happier within myself.

What positive results have you seen?

There’s no more junk food in my life. I don’t want it. Now I am going to the gym more consistently, have a much more positive outlook on life and I’m working towards my goals.

Yes, I would recommend others to work with Umar as he is very caring, and professional, and he was very patient with me. I feel so much better about myself and my future because of his help.
